What does the "code 82" message mean in the Opel Astra and how to remove it?

If the "code 82" message appears on the dashboard of the Opel Astra, it means that you have reached the engine oil interval and, therefore, you need to replace it at your trusted garage. Once this is done, you can manually remove the warning light by following the procedure shown in this tutorial. First, insert the key and turn on the ignition, then access the menu using the designated button on the left stalk, navigate to the oil life screen, and hold down the "SET/CLR" button located at the end of the same stalk.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
