If the "code 82" message appears on the dashboard of the Opel Astra, it means that you have reached the engine oil interval and, therefore, you need to replace it at your trusted garage. Once this is done, you can manually remove the warning light by following the procedure shown in this tutorial.

First, insert the key and turn on the ignition, then access the menu using the designated button on the left stalk, navigate to the oil life screen, and hold down the "SET/CLR" button located at the end of the same stalk.
