After changing the engine oil on the Opel Astra, we proceed to reset the control system that alerts us to the need for this intervention. Sit in the driver's seat and turn on the instrument cluster, press the "menu" button located on the stalk to the left of the steering wheel until the vehicle information menu appears, confirm the oil duration option with the "set/clr" button, use the scroll wheel with the arrows to select "yes" and confirm with "set/clr". Turn off the instrument cluster, and upon the next restart, you can verify the reset of the maintenance interval.
