How to change the air filter of the Peugeot Partner

Model: Peugeot Partner Tepee B9 - Years 2008-2018
Part: Air filter

In this video we can see how to change the air filter of a Peugeot Partner 2: we remove the engine cover, loosening the two closing rings, unlock the white plastic tab and remove the duct; unscrew the screws of the air flow meter connector and then disconnect the electrical connector; unlock the upper intake duct, and temporarily move the priming pump to free up space; remove the three torx screws on the filter flange and tilt it to the side to remove it. At this point we slide the filter out by sliding it to the right. Clean the filter housing from dust and residue, and insert the new filter in its place. Put the flange back in place and screw in the torx screws. Reconnect the upper duct and the air flow meter connector, put the closing rings back on the duct and also the priming pump and the engine cover.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
