In this video tutorial, we will see the main steps to remove and replace the water pump and timing belt on a Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDI, as well as on the Citroen Berlingo with the same engine. First, open the bonnet and remove the engine intake system; then remove the left hose and disconnect the various fuel lines, as shown in the video. Next, remove the right front wheel to access the crankshaft pulley and the water pump; loosen the tensioner to remove the V-belt and unscrew the pulley bolt to remove it; follow the video to the end to fully understand the steps for replacing the water pump and timing belt!
