In this video tutorial we will see the main steps to remove and replace the water pump and timing belt on a Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDI, but also on the Citroen Berlingo with the same engine. First we open the engine hood and we go to remove the engine intake system; then we remove the left sleeve and disconnect the various fuel pipes, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the right front wheel to access the crankshaft pulley and the water pump; we loosen the pretensioner to remove the V-belt and unscrew the pulley bolt to remove it; follow the video to the end to better understand the steps for replacing the water pump and timing belt!
