How to replace the timing belt on a Peugeot 207: Lift the car on a column lift or jack (if necessary, remove the front wheel using a screwdriver to detach the right wheel arch liner). Once these steps are completed, lift the bonnet, remove the engine soundproofing panel and the timing belt cover. Using a suitable spanner, loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off its seat. Use a socket to unscrew the tensioner pulley retaining bolt, then remove the water pump as shown in the video. Fit the new water pump (previously removed), the tensioner, and the belt itself, tightening everything with the socket.
