Let's see how to disassemble the rear door panel of a Peugeot 308: we start by removing the internal handle trim of the door, then we take off the cover of the screw located in the handle area, and unscrew the screw to remove the power window switch panel. Next, we disconnect the electrical connector. At the bottom of the panel, we find a screw that we will remove; then we will begin to pry all around the panel to detach it. Once it is loosened, we pull it towards us and upwards to remove it, being careful not to lose the metal clips that will certainly fall, as they will be essential for reassembly, which can be done by simply following the reverse process.
