How to Change the Engine Oil in the Peugeot 107

The following video tutorial shows how to independently change the engine oil in a Peugeot 107 produced from 2005 to 2014. To perform the change, first open the front bonnet and unscrew the oil filler cap. Keeping the bonnet open, lift the vehicle on axle stands and place a plastic container under the oil sump to catch the used oil. It is very important to dispose of the engine oil following your local council's guidelines. Remove the oil sump bolt using a 19 mm socket spanner. Allow the oil to drain into the container. Once finished, close the bolt and lower the vehicle. Unscrew the oil filter cap using an oil filter removal tool. Clean the inside and after replacing the gasket, insert the new filter. Pour approximately 5 litres of engine oil into the oil reservoir.
