Replacing the Battery in a Peugeot 208 1.2 Puretech

Follow these simple steps to remove the engine battery from a Peugeot 208. First, open the bonnet of your vehicle and disconnect the two battery terminals (positive and negative) using a socket spanner. Next, remove the side control unit by pulling it upwards. Now, unclip the securing tabs at the base of the battery using a lever; then, lift and remove the battery as shown in the video. Replace it with a new, correct type battery and refit everything!
