Air Conditioning Recirculation

This guide begins by showing how the air conditioning recirculation does not work. First, remove the pollen filter to check if the recirculation section is functioning. You can see that the flap is closed; the glove compartment has been removed to access this part, so that most screws are visible. Also remove the cover from the edge of the dashboard. Behind the glove compartment, there is a hidden wire; disconnect the light switch plug from the glove compartment. Then detach the seal from the edge of the dashboard and remove the rear part of it. By pressing the button, you can notice that the air recirculation does not work. Next, disconnect the connector, and the air recirculation can now be opened by hand. Normally, the plastic gears break. The motor has been positioned with the flap mechanism; an external battery is needed to correctly align the teeth and achieve optimal data synchronisation. The motor has shown to work much better when connected to a battery; the connection plug of the motor to the frame was causing issues, so the wires were soldered together to bypass the faulty connector.
