Instructions for Dismantling Dashboard Elements

The first operation is to remove the plastic covers of the light switch controls: unscrew the fixing screws and separate the two covers; then remove the radio control lever from the lower cover; extract the transponder coil attached to the ignition barrel and unscrew the fixing screw of the barrel itself; then insert the ignition key into the barrel, turn it and press the fixing tab of the barrel to retract it and allow the barrel to be removed. Continue by dismantling the light switch control levers and proceed to remove the instrument cluster: to remove the trim around the instrument cluster, you also need to detach the air vents. Complete the removal of the instrument cluster and disconnect the airbag by unscrewing the relevant fixing screws located behind the spokes of the steering wheel. Then unscrew the steering wheel fixing pin and before removing it, mark the reference points for the straight wheels with a marker. Also dismantle the antagonist ring, avoiding it from rotating, and complete the removal of the control support for the light switch.
