Replacing Dashboard Light Bulbs

Model: Peugeot 406 MK 1 - Years 1995-2005

Replacing the backlighting lights of the climate control display is very simple. Using a small flathead screwdriver, detach the caps located on the sides of the display; this allows access to the screws securing the display, which must be unscrewed. At this point, pull the display from its housing and disconnect the connector to facilitate the bulb replacement (they come complete with a holder); then detach the holders (bayonet fitting) and fit the new ones, ensuring they are correctly secured. Proceed in reverse for reassembly.
