In order to access the so-called third stop located in the center of the heated rear window, it must be removed complete with its covering: simply press on the two latches on the side to be able to release it. Once removed, disconnect the power plug and extract the entire lamp holder by releasing the two lateral fixing tabs. Therefore, replace the burnt out bulb with a compatible one (T5 socket) and reconnect on the fly to check its correct operation. If necessary, it is suggested to replace all the bulbs to avoid a difference in light intensity compared to the new one.

In order to open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5, you need to press the appropriate button inside the passenger compartment, which is located in the rear part of the glove box on the driver's door.
