In this video we see how to start the Peugeot 308 in an emergency and how to re-code the remote control. We remove the mat under the 12V socket and find the space to insert the keyless key. In this way the car reads the key and manages to start; very useful in case the battery of the latter is totally or almost discharged. After replacing the remote control battery, we need to re-code it. To do this we have to insert the key in the same previous slot; we start the car and then we turn it off. We then proceed by pressing the start button of the car without accessing the latter and then hold down the door lock button for five seconds. The key is now re-coded.

How do you open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5?

In order to open the fuel flap of the Volkswagen Golf 5, you need to press the appropriate button inside the passenger compartment, which is located in the rear part of the glove box on the driver's door. By pressing the button, the flap will unlock and it will then be possible to open it manually. Once the flap has been opened, the fuel tank access cap must be unscrewed.
