This article illustrates how to remove the battery from a Peugeot 208 for replacement. You will need a 10 mm socket and a flathead screwdriver for this operation.

To disconnect the battery, first remove the control unit next to the battery by pulling it upwards and moving it aside. Then, use the socket to unscrew the negative terminal of the battery to disconnect it. After disconnecting the negative terminal, disconnect the positive terminal by lifting the red pin. Once both terminals are removed, use the flathead screwdriver to remove the plastic fixing pin, leveraging as shown in the video.

After removing the plastic cover, use the screwdriver again to pry and remove the battery. At this point, install the new battery.
