Where is the VIN located on the Renault Captur?

In this video, we see where the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the Renault Captur is located. We need to open the rear hatch and lift the carpet covering the trunk compartment. In this particular model, we do not have a spare tire, even though the bottom of the trunk is shaped as if it should contain one. If we lift the mat covering the "wheel" circle, we find a raised rectangular part of the bodywork where the VIN composed of 17 digits is stamped. We also find this same number - which is not the legal number - also on the metal label located on the driver's door pillar and on the driver's side dashboard, as well as in the registration document, section 2 letter E).

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after.
