It should be noted from the outset that to replace the front shock absorbers it is necessary to use the appropriate clamps to compact the relative spring; having said this, lift the car on the bridge and remove the front wheel, remove the support bracket of the brake oil pipe and move on to the disassembly of the bolts fixing the shock absorber to the hub; then access the engine compartment, remove the plastic grille immediately under the windscreen by removing the wiper blades, the brake fluid reservoir and the brush drive motor complete with the relative support bracket; at this point it is possible to access the bodywork dome and remove the fixing nuts of the shock absorber support; once the shock absorber has been removed, apply the clamps to the spring to be able to squeeze it enough and remove the support from the stem; then insert the spring in the new shock absorber together with the bellows and mount the support; then proceed backwards for installation on board the car, reassembling everything.
