To deactivate the traction control on the Renault Clio, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument cluster. Once the cluster is on, press and hold the button located on the dashboard next to the steering wheel.

After a few seconds with the button pressed, you will notice the car skidding warning light appear on the instrument cluster, indicating that the traction control has been deactivated; pressing it again will make the light disappear.
