How to change the diesel fuel filter on the Renault Megane III

Model: Renault Megane Megane 3, Megane III - Years 2008-2015
Part: Diesel fuel filter

In this video we can see how to change the diesel filter on the Renault Megane III: first we need to remove the front right wheel arch, and right behind it we find the diesel filter. We need to remove the electrical connector and its metal clips that we can see and that allow the component to come out of its housing. Important warning! The youtuber is only showing us how to do it, it is equally clear that to perform this operation we must turn off the car and disconnect the negative pole of the battery (keep the radio code handy). Once the filter is removed from its housing, we will have to unscrew the screw we see underneath, and only then can we remove the top cap with the gaskets. When we have reassembled it, we must operate the pump from the hood so that the diesel filter is filled.
