Replacing the Air Conditioning Compressor on Skoda Octavia

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove and refit the air conditioning compressor of a Skoda Octavia TDI. First, lift the bonnet and remove all the connecting pipes visible. Next, use a spanner to turn the outer part of the alternator. Raise the vehicle and remove the wheel arch liner: use a Torx key to unscrew the screws of the gas pipes on the compressor. At this point, unscrew the central screw of the pulley to loosen it: then, leverage it out to extract the compressor and proceed with the replacement!
