Operation: How to remove the airbag on Skoda Rapid

How do you remove the Skoda Rapid airbag? We disconnect the battery terminals in the engine compartment. Using a screwdriver, we release / unscrew the fastening hooks / screws on the rear of the steering wheel. Once the airbag (driver's side) has been released, disconnect the power supply terminals and extract it from the steering wheel. To reassemble the airbag we connect the power supply terminals, then, we press the same on the steering wheel with our hands and at the same time we block the airbag hooks. We connect the clamps to the battery and test the operation. We replace the steering wheel when disassembling the airbag if it is damaged.
