In today's video, we can see in detail how to open the hood of the engine compartment of a Toyota Corolla, a model produced from the year 2019 onwards. So first of all, we need to pull the hood release lever properly, this lever is located under the dashboard on the driver's side as shown in the video.

Now we insert a hand between the engine hood and the front bumper of the vehicle to find the hood release lever, located about halfway along the hood, once we find the lever we push it to the left and at the same time lift the hood.
