In today's video we will see the main instructions to be able to disassemble and replace the timing chain on a Toyota Corolla VVT-i 16 valve. First of all we open the bonnet and we go to remove the battery, disconnecting the terminals; after which we remove all the upper screws of the cylinder head spark plugs, disconnecting the four electrical connectors. At this point we unscrew all the bolts of the cylinder head cover, in order to access the timing chain: after having taken all the references, we are going to remove and replace the chain.
