How to Remove the Radio from a Toyota Yaris

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp130 - Years 2011-2019
Part: Car stereo

How do you remove the car radio from the central dashboard? Here’s how to take off the cover plastic to access the radio. Remove the radio cover plastic using a plastic lever (underneath where the air vents are located): detach it from the central dashboard. Once you have removed the radio, use a screwdriver to unscrew the securing screws on either side. Pull the radio out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna). To reinstall, reverse the disassembly steps. Secure the dashboard cover plastic after reinstalling the radio.
