Disassembly of the Console, Dashboard and Radio

Model: Toyota Yaris Xp90 - Years 2005-2011

To replace the original radio, the button illumination, or for any maintenance operation, this guide shows you step by step how to disassemble the entire central part of the console.
First, remove the 2 side trims that each contain a button at the top by pulling them towards you, gradually from the bottom to the top, until the entire part is removed and you can disconnect the button power supply as shown in the video.
Now, remove the bezel of the speedometer by simply lifting it and pulling it towards you, and in the same way, extract the bezel that surrounds the radio and the air vents.
Next, unscrew the 4 screws located at the corners of the stereo, which is now free. Pull it out and disconnect the antenna cable. Once the new stereo is in place, reinsert the screws and reassemble everything.
