In this tutorial, see how to replace the upper radiator hose on a Toyota RAV4. First, wait for the engine to cool completely, then open the bonnet and disconnect the small overflow hose. Next, remove the indicated plastic support using a flathead screwdriver, loosen the metal clamp with a large pair of pliers, and disconnect the first end of the hose. Repeat the process for the lower end by going underneath the battery, connect the replacement hose by following the reverse procedure, and refill any lost coolant.
