Instructions for Replacing the Starter Motor

Before proceeding with disassembly, place the vehicle on suitable axle stands and disconnect the battery. Locate the starter motor, which is situated on the gearbox, just below the intake manifold, near the oil filter. Disconnect the plugs and power cables, then move on to the fixing bolts of the starter motor to the gearbox. At this point, you can remove the old starter motor and proceed in reverse for the installation of the new one: do not overlook the possibility of installing a refurbished starter motor.
