How to change the key battery on a Toyota Highlander

In this brief tutorial, see how to replace the battery (CR2016) in the remote control of a Toyota Highlander, produced from 2014 to 2019. To change the battery, first open the key by inserting a flathead screwdriver into the designated slot on the keyring and gently twisting the screwdriver to separate the two halves. Once done, remove the internal button panel of the key and repeat the previous screwdriver operation to open the button panel, where you will find the old battery to replace.
