Location of Fuse Boxes in the Toyota Fortuner

Let's see where the fuse boxes are located in the Toyota Fortuner. The cabin fuse box is located under the steering wheel, in a designated box with a small handle.

The relay box is located behind the glove compartment, and to access it, you will need to empty and remove the glove compartment. The engine compartment fuse box is situated in front of the starter battery, exactly on the right side of the engine compartment when looking at the vehicle from the front.

The fuses for the cigarette lighter (power outlet) are fuses #5 PWR OUT and #9 CIG located in the dashboard fuse box.

How to Remove the Rear Seat of a Hyundai Tucson?

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat. Be careful of any electrical cables or components that may be connected to the seat during removal. Once the rear seat is removed, the disassembly is complete.
