This tutorial shows how to deactivate the passenger airbag in a Toyota Corolla, a simple operation necessary whenever a rear-facing child seat is installed. First, enter the cabin, then open the passenger door and locate the switch on the right side of the dashboard. Insert the key, turn it counterclockwise, and set the selector to the "OFF" position. At this point, the airbag will be deactivated, and you will see the corresponding warning light on the instrument panel. To reactivate it, simply turn the selector in the opposite direction.
