Below are the step-by-step instructions for replacing the coolant or antifreeze in a Toyota RAV 4. First, slightly lift the vehicle and remove the plastic protection cover located under the engine by unscrewing the fixing screws; then disconnect the radiator hose, located next to the fan, allowing the fluid to drain into a container for about ten minutes, as shown in the video.

At this point, reconnect the hose and unscrew the cap of the reservoir; then top up with the new fluid suitable for your radiator!
