In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the front headlight bulbs on a Toyota Avensis, a very simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not in the ignition, then open the bonnet and remove the upper plastic cover by taking out the clips. Next, undo the various bolts that have been freed using a 10mm socket, then move to the wheel arch and undo the additional securing bolts. At this point, you can detach the bumper from the frame enough to access the bolts of the headlight to be removed, undo these bolts and disconnect the power connectors. After replacing the faulty bulb, follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything.
