How to Replace the Front Headlight Bulbs on a Toyota Avensis

Model: Toyota Avensis T250, MK 2 - Years 2003-2008

In this guide, replace the front headlight bulbs on a Toyota Avensis. Open the front bonnet by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, and secure it with the prop rod. Remove the inspection cover of the headlight (located at the rear of the headlight). At this point, you will find the bulbs with metal and plastic clips; pull the bulb holders out of the headlight and extract the damaged bulbs using a screwdriver. Fit the new bulbs (ensuring they are the correct type and size) and insert the bulb holder back into the headlight housing. Test the new bulbs.
