To adjust the clock on a Volkswagen Jetta, turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch. Once the dashboard is powered on, press the CAR button next to the central display and select the "Settings" option.

Then scroll to select "Time and date". Now select "Time" to access the screen where you can change both the hours and minutes. After making the adjustments, return to the main screen to confirm the changes.
