How do you reset the Front Assist of the Volkswagen Golf?

In order to reset the Front Assist of the Volkswagen Golf, it will be necessary to completely remove the front bumper and the corresponding grille: this is because behind the manufacturer's emblem there is the sensor that allows the Front Assist to function. Once this has been located, it will be possible to loosen the screws that attach it to the corresponding support bracket: now it will be necessary to remove it and insert the new one, or clean the contacts of the old one. After the new installation, it will be possible to verify that the Front Assist is reset and functioning again.
