In this short guide, we will see the main instructions that will allow us to modify the automatic door locking settings, once a certain speed is reached, of the Volkswagen Golf, using the VCDS software. First of all, we get on board the car and connect our VCDS tool to the OBD port; then we turn on the dashboard and follow the guided procedure, reaching the auto lock option to modify the automatic door locking settings.

In this phase, it will be possible to change the activation speed or completely disable this system.
