Volkswagen Up - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Up MK 1 - Years 2011-2024
Part: Headlight bulb
Operation: How to replace headlight bulbs on Volkswagen Up

How to replace headlight bulbs on Volkswagen Up? We follow the disassembly: open the front hood by pulling the lever located at the bottom right of the dashboard, let's secure it with the rod. We find the rubber inspection cap of the headlight (located in the rear part of the headlight) and remove it. Once here, we will find the bulbs with metal hooks; we take out the lamp holders from the headlight and we go to extract the damaged bulbs with the help of a screwdriver. We assemble the new bulbs / LEDs and (always suitable type and size) we insert the lamp holder in the lighthouse housing. We reassemble all the previously disassembled pieces and test the lights.
