How do you replace the water pump of the Volkswagen Tiguan?

The water pump of the Volkswagen Tiguan can be replaced by lifting the car so that it is possible to access the components in the lower part of the engine compartment, on the left side of the block: it will be possible to locate the water pump on the left side of the engine block. You will need to remove the corresponding pulley and free it from the timing belt: the pump can now be removed from the respective pipes and released from the support screws. In this way, the new pump can be positioned on the side to verify that everything is working.
