How to Remove the Door Panel on a Polo

Model: Volkswagen Polo MK IV, Polo IV, Polo 4, MK 4, 9N - Years 2001-2009

How do you remove the door panel (right side) on a Polo? Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery connectors located in the front engine compartment. Use a plastic lever to pry at the handle that contains the window switch buttons, disconnect the power cables. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the Torx screws located under the internal door handle, being careful not to scratch it. Release all the clips by prying around the entire perimeter of the door panel, then pull it away with your hands. Disconnect the opening lever cable, the window switch connectors, and the speaker connectors.
