How to remove the right window regulator motor on a Volkswagen Polo? Let’s see how to proceed in this video. Before starting the disassembly work, disconnect the battery terminals. Using a screwdriver, detach the trim of the internal door handle, taking care not to break it. Once removed, unscrew the screws on the panel using a screwdriver or battery-powered screwdriver. Detach the door panel, disconnect the window regulator and speaker connectors, peel back the adhesive cover from the metal and unscrew the window regulator motor with a screwdriver (remove the glass regulator if it needs replacing). Replace the part and reassemble everything in reverse order.
