How to Replace Engine Oil and Filter on a Volkswagen Golf

Today, I will show you how to change the engine oil and filter on your Volkswagen Golf. It is not a very complex operation; just be careful. First, remove the oil filler cap (to avoid creating a closed chamber when you remove the oil drain plug). Now, move on to removing the oil drain plug (place a container under your Volkswagen Golf to collect the oil). Meanwhile, remove the oil filter using a ratchet spanner and replace it with the new one. After ensuring all the old oil has drained, you can refit the drain plug and proceed to top up with new oil.
