Replacing Glow Plugs on VW Passat 140 bhp

Model: Volkswagen Passat B6, 3C - Years 2005-2010

If you have issues with the glow plugs on the Passat, it's best to replace them. Here's how. Pull the lever to open the engine compartment located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the bonnet, securing it. Remove the engine cover panel. Grasp the coil with your hands and twist it until it comes out of the cylinder head. Unscrew the glow plugs with a socket wrench after removing all the coils. Take the new glow plug and insert it into the cylinder head using the socket wrench. Replace all the glow plugs. Refit the plastic cylinder head cover panel.
