Removing the bumper on a VW Touran? This operation is not too complex if done in an orderly manner. Here’s how to do it. Lift the front bonnet, unscrew the fastening pins located at the top of the bumper to remove the central grille. Once the screws at the top are removed, take off the central grille. Unscrew the pins in the wheel arch liners and the pins at the bottom of the bumper. Remove the bumper from the vehicle body by hand. To proceed with the installation: position the bumper onto the vehicle body and tighten all screws around the wheel arch liners and the perimeter. Replace the front headlights or the bumper.
