To facilitate the removal of the sheet metal parts to be replaced, first remove the doors: remove the seeger ring from the hinge fixing pin, then extract the pin and remove the door. With a drill, drill the welding points that secure the sill panels to be replaced. With wooden wedges create a sort of support / scaffold to lift the body from the floor, just enough to be able to extract the fascia. Restore the part of the sheet metal housing the door hinge and finally apply the new fascia by welding it to the floor.
