In this video, you will see how to remove the windscreen washer pump from a Volkswagen Golf fifth series. First, unscrew the screws found on the lower grille of the bumper (the left side) to remove it; then access the washer reservoir, where you will disconnect the fluid tube to let it drain, as shown in the video.

At this point, disconnect the electrical connector of the pump and remove it by pulling it from the reservoir; simply replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
