In this video tutorial, you will learn how to remove the throttle body from a Volkswagen Golf 1.4 Petrol, fourth generation; this procedure can also be applied to the Polo 1.4. First, open the bonnet of your car and unscrew the upper screws of the engine cover; then disconnect the air filter box hose and also disconnect its connector by unscrewing the clip screw. At this point, after removing the air filter box, access the throttle body; remove the accelerator cable and disconnect the electrical connector. Finally, unscrew the fixing screws to remove it!
