In today's tutorial video, see how to remove and replace the starter motor on a Volkswagen Polo 1.2 Petrol, version 9N. First, open the bonnet of your car and remove the battery; to do this, take off the control unit located above it and remove all the plastic covers. Once the battery is removed, after disconnecting the two terminals, remove the battery tray by unscrewing the fastening screws; this will give you access to the starter motor located underneath. Simply unscrew its fastening screws and disconnect the electrical connector to remove and replace it!
