Volkswagen Bora - Video tutorial

Model: Volkswagen Bora MK 6 - Years 1998-2005
Part: Air Vents
Operation: How do you remove the air vents on the dashboard of the Volkswagen Bora?

To be able to remove the air vents from the dashboard of the Volkswagen Bora you have to start with the one to the left of the steering wheel: you have to remove the headlight regulator and disconnect the cables as shown. Then you will have to remove the screws with a T20 torx wrench, in order to remove the entire vent and disconnect the last cables. You will be able to move on to the central vent, from which the buttons will have to be removed. Subsequently you will have to use thin blades to pry and detach the plastic cover of the vents: these will then have to be extracted, in order to remove their fixing screws and disconnect the cables. For the last nozzle, on the right, it will be sufficient to pry with an object to remove the nozzle and disconnect the cables.

How to reset the service in the Opel Antara?

As we can see in this tutorial, resetting the service in the Opel Antara is an extremely simple and fast operation. Before proceeding, of course, we must have completed all the planned maintenance work. We start by inserting the key but leaving it in the initial position, after which we keep the accelerator pedal fully depressed and at the same time turn on the instrument panel, not the engine. At this point, we release the accelerator and press it 3 consecutive times, always all the way. We then restart the panel to verify that the procedure has been carried out correctly.
