Do we want to replace the alternator of the Golf 6? Let's see how it is removed from inside the engine compartment. We lift the front hood to access the compartment, remove the engine soundproofing panel and access under it, we also disassemble the wheel and the cover stone guard. We unscrew all the clamping pins of the alternator and remove the belt. Once the disassembly is finished, we just have to remove it. We take the new replacement part and insert it into the suitable housing, screw in the locking pins, then tighten the side pins of the alternator, fix the belt and the cover plastics.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
