Replacing the Engine Air Filter

The engine air filter housing (air box) is located centrally, just behind the rocker cover: once you have unscrewed the fixing screws of the cover, lift it and remove the old filter; ensure that there are no dirt residues inside the filter box and insert the new filter, making sure the seal adheres correctly along the edges. Then reposition the cover by first inserting the rear tabs into their respective slots and subsequently tightening the fixing screws. Cleaning the engine air filter is very important to ensure the correct airflow to the engine.
