The engine air filter container (air box) is located in the central position, immediately behind the tappet cover: once the cover fixing screws have been unscrewed, lift it and remove the old filter; make sure that there are no residues of dirt inside the filter box and insert the new filter making sure the gasket adheres correctly along the edges. Then reposition the cover by first inserting the rear tabs in their respective seats and then tightening the fixing screws. Cleaning the engine air filter is very important to ensure the correct air flow to the engine.

How to set the time on the Peugeot 308
