How to Replace the Spark Plugs in a Volkswagen Golf

In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the spark plugs on a Volkswagen Golf. The first step is to lift the bonnet and secure it with the appropriate prop. Remove the engine cover using both hands. Take off the battery cover; using a 10 mm spanner, unscrew the battery fastening elements and remove them. Using an N.H6 HEX socket, unscrew the fastening element of the secondary air pump support bracket. Use a 10 mm socket to unscrew the fastening element that connects the air pump to the support bracket. Disconnect the hoses and the connector of the air pump and remove the air pump. Using a flathead screwdriver, disconnect the clips of the starter cable. With an N.H6 HEX socket, unscrew the fastening elements of the intake manifold. Cover the manifold to prevent dirt from falling inside. Remember the sequence of the spark plug holes. Using a 16 mm socket, unscrew the old spark plugs and replace them with new ones.
